Located in a converted factory building in Tribeca, this loft renovation was designed for a couple who divide their time between California and New York. The design embraces the building's industrial character while introducing a refined palette of stone, metal, wood, and plaster. Architecture, furnishings, and art were conceived as part of a single composition of form and craft, creating a continuous material language that unfolds throughout the home. Spaces were carefully shaped around the owners' art collection, creating a layered environment grounded in craft and texture. The result balances the energy and grit of New York with the ease and openness often associated with California living.
